TCV Online Store

At present TCV does not sell products directly from this online store.

Instead, the process of ordering is initiated by compiling a list of the products you are interested in and this list is emailed to the TCV sales office.

You will then be contacted via email by TCV. Through this correspondance your order can be further tailored to your satisfaction and details of payment can be finalised.

List Categories

All the products in the TCV online store are divided into categories eg. Knitwear, Bags & Wallets etc...
To view the list of product categories on the TCV online store click the Products button or click here. The list of categories is available as a drop down menu.

List Items

To view the list of items in a category, choose from the drop down list on the List Categories page and click the View Selected Entry button.

The resulting page is in two parts:

1. The items in the selected category are displayed on the left side of the page. (Carpet details are displayed slightly differently. Click here for more information)
   Details include:
• The product ID;
• The product description;
• A button to view an image of the product;
• A button to add the product to your list.
2. The right side of the page displays items that you have added to your list.
   Details include:
• The product ID;
• The product description;
• The product Category;
• A button to remove the item from your list;
• A button to remove all items from your list;
• A button to proceed to send the list to TCV

View Items

To view the image of an item: from the List Items page click on the View button. The resulting page will display the image of the product. You can return to the List Items page you were on by clicking the Return to Items button. Clicking the Add To List button will add the product to your list and return you to the List Items page you were on.

Carpets

Viewing carpets in the store follows a slightly different procedure.

• Choose Hand Knotted Carpets from List Categories
• The List Items page shows links to other sub-categories of carpets. Note that unlike other categories you cannot add items to your list at this point. To follow the sub-category link click the View button.
• Now you will see a list of carpets on view. For each carpet is the Product ID, an Add to List Checkbox and an image of the carpet.
• Select all the checkboxes of the carpets you wish to add to your list.
• Click the Add Checked Items to List button at the top or bottom of the page to add to your list and return to the View Items page.
• Click Return To Items button to just return to the View Items page without adding to the list.

Add to List

You can add the products you are interested in to a list. This list can subsequently be sent via email to TCV sales and subsequent correspondance will lead to your purchase.

Products can be added to your list from the List Items page or the View Items page. Click on the Add To List button next to the product you wish to add. All the items currently in your list are displayed on the right side of the List Items page.

Remove from List

All the products in your list are displayed on the right side of the List Items page. To the right of each entry there is a Remove button. Click this button to remove the product from your list. The updated list is displayed.

At the bottom of the list on the List Items page is a Remove All button. Clicking this button will remove all the products from your list. When no items are in your list a message will appear where the list should be stating that there are no products currently in your list.

Send List

Once you are happy with all the items in your list, you can forward this list on to TCV sales who will subsequently contact you regarding your interest. Sending the list is in 2 stages.

1. To proceed with sending this list to TCV click the Send List To TCV button located at the top or bottom of your list on the List Items page.

Before you send the list you must Login. If you haven't already logged in you will be redirected to the Login page when you click the Send List To TCV button.

(In order to login you must have completed a registration form. Follow the New Member? link on the Login page to register.)

2.Once you have logged in you will be presented with a page detailing your list and your email address to which TCV will reply. If you are happy with all the details then clicking the Send List To TCV will finally send the list to TCV. Your list will be cleared and a message acknowleding your request presented.

Login and Registration

In order to send your completed list to TCV you must Login.

Before you can Login you must Register. You only have to Register once. By Registering TCV will know to whom they are replying and that persons email address.

Information you provide via Registration will NOT be divulged to third parties by TCV.

You can also change your Registration details from the Login page. To do this, enter your username and password and check the Edit Profile checkbox
